I serve over egg noodles and I use bison instead of turkey, it’s about the same as far as fat and calories go. Don’t do that! The only changes I made were substituting 96% lean ground beef for the ground turkey (I don’t personally like ground turkey— this would change the point value for WW folks, but surprisingly doesn’t affect the overall calories much) and based upon what another commenter said, I doubled the sauce.
